Dear tv gods,

it’s been brought to my attention that The Andromeda Strain, one of my favorite books and a cult sci-fi movie classic, is being remade into a 2 part mini-series (airs Memorial Day) and being helmed by one Ridley Scott. 

My prayer is this, do not screw up.  Or I will sacarfice your bodies on the altar of the book gods.
